Shipping and Freight

We will only ship orders to physical addresses within New Zealand. Orders under 25 Kg will be shipped via a courier service. Orders over 25Kg will be shipped via a trucking company.

Goods are shipped Freight Free if order is over $150

Shipping costs will be charged by total weight of the order as follows:

Under 2 Kg =                             $10  (inc GST)
Over 2 Kg and under 25 Kg =      $20 (inc GST)
Over 25 Kg =                             $50 (inc GST)

We will endevour to dispatch the products on the next available courier after we have received the payment (during our open hours).

If the product ordered is not currently in stock we will advise you at the earliest opportunity via phone or email. 
 

Prices and GST

All prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All prices INCLUDE GST. You will only be charged in New Zealand Dollars.

Return Policy

Shop with confidence from Bluewater Pools. Our volume discounts guarantee the absolute lowest prices. To prove it, if you find a lower total delivered price by a licensed and authorized pool supply catalog or website (excludes auctions) we will refund you the difference. We will even guarantee our Low Price for 30 days after your purchase simply contact our Customer Service Team at: adrian@bluewaterpools.co.nz after verification, the difference will be promptly refunded.

How do I make a return?

Satisfaction guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied, you may make a return for a full refund or replacement within 14 days for items that are in new, unused/unopened condition, excluding any discount and handling charges. All other items are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Returns received 15-30 days after the date of purchase are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special return restrictions apply to Zodiac manufactured items, please contact Customer Service for details. Custom and Special Order items are not returnable. After 14 days, all manufacturers’ warranties apply. To return any merchandise, place it in its original carton in original (new) condition, along with your contact information, order number if available, and reason for the return. Send to: Bluewater Pools, L1, 171A Target Rd, Glenfield. All returns must be pre-paid and insured. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Team at: adrian@bluewaterpools.co.nz. Refusing delivery on any shipment that is not damaged will result in shipping and restocking fees. These will be deducted from the refund amount. Custom items are made to your specifications and therefore cannot be returned unless there is damage or a defect, in which case we will provide a replacement of the item ordered. Note: Excluded items are installed pool liners, opened paint or chemicals, dive boards, drilled reel systems and ALL custom orders.
